Addendum #2 to my iPad Review: Instant Gratification

I must admit being on the fence about whether I’ll purchase a first-gen iPad, but ever since hearing about the device, I’ve been noticing its absence. Tonight, for example, I was watching the Daily Show, with author Michael Lewis Promote his book, The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine, and it occurred to me that if I had an iPad, I’d probably be about 20 pages into the book right now.  I would’ve grabbed my iPad, spend the $15 or whatever, and would’ve impulsed purchased a book from my couch.  I could’ve grabbed my iPhone or laptop and purchased an online digital edition, or the actually hardcover book, but I didn’t. If I had the iPad, it would’ve happened LIKE THAT SON!
